Duties and areas of responsibility

• Renting suitable premises
• Maintenance, renovation
• Selection and management of staff
• Presentation of the goods
• Responsible for an orderly and clean appearance of the premises
• Ongoing ordering of further goods, with the assistance of the retail manager
• Proper use of the enterprise resource planning system
• Reporting in accordance with the company rules
• Regular stock-taking
• Responsible for shortages in the shop
• Ensuring sufficient insurance cover
• Passing on/depositing the cash receipts
